Novamada exists because too many businesses run on software that was impressive in the demo and painful by the second year. We would rather build the boring, dependable version.
The name
Nova — new, and the sudden brightness of a star. Mada — in Arabic, reach or extent; how far something goes. Together: new work, with range. It is also easy to say in English, Arabic and French, which mattered to us more than being clever.

Relational databases, well-known frameworks, and hosting that a second engineer can understand in an afternoon. Novelty is a cost we make you pay later.
Your data is yours.
Export everything, any time, in plain formats. If you leave us, you leave with a working database and documentation, not a hostage situation.
Arabic is not an afterthought.
Right-to-left layout, Arabic-first templates and Hijri dates where they are used. We build for the region we work in.
Fixed scope, written down.
Every phase has a short document that says what is in, what is out and what it costs. Changes are welcome; they are just written down too.
We answer support email.
A named person, a real inbox, a reply within two working days. Systems are judged on how they behave when something goes wrong.
We ship our own products.
Publishing apps and games under the Novamada name keeps us honest about release processes, store policies and what users actually notice.
How an engagement usually goes
A short first call, free, to understand the problem and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. Sometimes the answer is an off-the-shelf tool and a day of setup.
A discovery phase, fixed price, that produces a written scope, a prototype of the riskiest part, and a cost for the build. You can take that document to anyone.
The build, in cycles of two to three weeks, with a staging environment you can open at any time and a shared board that shows what is being worked on.
Running it — hosting, monitoring, backups and support — on a monthly agreement, or handed over to your own team with documentation and training.
