Account and data deletion

Which apps this covers

Every app and game published under the developer name "Novamada" on Google Play. Many of our games do not require an account at all; for those, the data we hold is limited to what is described in the privacy policy, and you can still ask us to delete it.

How to request deletion

Choose either route:

• In the app: if the app has an account, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Deletion starts immediately.
• By email: write to support@novamada.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address linked to the account, and tell us which app it concerns. If you never created an account, tell us the app name and, if you have it, the device ID shown in the app's settings.

We confirm receipt within two working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, avatar) where one exists
• Game progress, saves, scores and settings stored on our servers
• Support conversations linked to your account
• Analytics identifiers linked to your device or account

What may be kept, and for how long

• Records of purchases made through Google Play, kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years), in a form no longer linked to your account
• Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you
• Data we are legally required to retain, or need to defend a legal claim

Data held by Google (your Google account, Play purchase history, Play Games profile) is controlled by Google and is not affected by a request to us.

Deleting only some data

If you would rather keep your account but remove specific data — for example, reset your game progress or remove your profile name — say so in the email and we will do that instead.
