Common questions
What hardware do we need?
Any recent Android tablet or Windows PC, a receipt printer and, for retail, a scanner. We will send a list once we know the setup.
Can we use it without the ERP?
Yes. Standalone POS with basic stock is common for single shops; the ERP is added when a second branch appears.
What happens to sales made offline?
They are stored on the device and uploaded in sequence when the connection returns. Nothing is lost and receipt numbers stay continuous.
